Mor Construction provides full‑service general contracting for residential and light commercial projects. Services include new construction, additions, interior and exterior renovations, and structural repairs.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Technology and Management from Lawrence Technological University, building a strong foundation in both field practices and project management. My coursework included Surveying, Soils & Foundations, Specifications & Regulations, Mechanical and Electrical Systems, Steel & Wood Structures, Construction Techniques, Estimating and Scheduling, and Six Sigma. This mix of technical and process-focused classes prepared me to read and coordinate plans, understand building systems, manage quality and risk, and keep projects efficient, accurate, and on schedule.
I am highly skilled at reading and interpreting construction blueprints, specifications, and schedules, ensuring every detail is understood before work begins. I’m experienced in breaking down project documents into clear scopes, coordinating with trades, and buying out budgets in a way that aligns cost, quality, and schedule.

Skills
Tools, methods, strengths
Self Performance
(01)
I have strong hands-on experience across residential and light commercial construction. My skills include rough carpentry and framing for houses and buildings, installing insulation for energy efficiency, and completing drywall work from hanging to finishing and refinishing. I also install windows, siding, and roofing systems to create durable, weather-tight envelopes. In addition, I have practical experience assisting with basic plumbing and electrical work, helping ensure that mechanical and utility systems are coordinated smoothly with the structure.
Technology
(02)
I’m highly comfortable with technology and skilled in both Microsoft and Google products. I use tools like Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides, Outlook/Gmail, and cloud storage to organize information, track data, and communicate clearly. I pick up new software quickly, troubleshoot basic tech issues on my own, and help others learn how to use their tools more efficiently. This lets me streamline daily tasks, keep projects organized, and improve overall productivity for the team.
Management
(03)
I have a strong understanding of what it takes to manage construction projects in today’s changing environment. I recognize the challenges of limited skilled labor, difficulty finding reliable and willing employees, and the need to adapt to new technologies, safety standards, and client expectations. I focus on planning ahead, clear communication, and building strong relationships with crews and subcontractors to keep work moving. By staying flexible, mentoring younger workers, and adjusting to the times, I help projects stay productive, safe, and on schedule despite these hurdles.
Attention to Detail
(04)
I’ve spent years working directly in the field, which has given me a sharp eye for detail and a strong instinct for quality. I know what acceptable work looks like, when something is off, and when it needs to be corrected before it becomes a bigger issue. From layout and finishes to safety and workmanship, I’m constantly checking the details to make sure the final product meets or exceeds expectations.
Continued Education
(05)
I’m committed to constantly learning and growing with the times. I stay up to date with new tools, technology, and industry practices, and I’m always looking for better ways to work smarter and safer. I actively pursue additional certifications, training, and schooling to expand my skills and keep my knowledge current, so I can bring more value to every project and adapt as the industry continues to change.
